1. Platform Scope & Strict Anti-Solicitation Policy

Poshbond is an elite social space reserved for genuine romance and high-level networking. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against "Sugar Dating," transactional arrangements, allowances, or financial compensation exchanged for companionship or intimacy. We are not a platform for financial support or sponsored arrangements.

2. Member Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access Poshbond. By accessing the Service, you confirm meeting this age requirement and holding full legal capacity to accept this contract.

3. Community Standards & User Content

• You remain solely accountable for all media, statements, and information you publish.
• Prohibited Terms: Profiles or chats referencing "monthly support," "pay-per-meet," "allowance," "spoiling," or commercial expectations are strictly forbidden.
• Anti-Solicitation Rule: Accounts seeking financial gifts, sponsored travel, or material compensation for dates will face immediate permanent termination.
• While we reserve the right to audit user details, we do not guarantee background evaluations for all members.

Poshbond bears no liability for conduct exhibited by users off-platform. We actively scan communications for transactional keywords to protect network integrity.

4. Disclaimer & Liability Limitations

Services are rendered on an "as-is" basis. We offer no guarantees concerning individual outcomes or matchmaking results. We disclaim all liability for damages resulting from user interactions or offline dates.

Exercise caution and sound judgment. Personal dates are conducted entirely at your own risk.

5. Prohibited Platform Activities

• Financial Solicitation: Requesting money, cryptocurrency transfers, or financial assistance from members.
• Commercial promotion, spamming, financial scams, or marketing personal services.
• Distributing malicious code or unauthorized system access attempts.
• Misrepresenting identity or creating fraudulent profiles.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Purchases of credits, features, or memberships are billed at posted rates. In the event of account termination resulting from policy violations (Section 3), all unused credits and membership time are rendered forfeited without refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Poshbond name, branding, and assets are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, particularly for violations of our behavioral policies or anti-sugar rules.

9. Legal Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Poshbond and its operators against any legal claims or losses resulting from your platform usage or member interactions.

10. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed under the laws of India. Any legal disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
